Abhyanga Oleation Therapy

For soothing the nervous system and stimulating immune system. This therapy uses herbal oils prescribed to suit your individual body type. This is a gentle but firm ayurvedic massage from head to toe, promoting circulation and relaxation. 60 minute therapy and 30 minute sound therapy.

Marma Therapy

For energising the body and mind there are 107 marma points including the 7 major chakras. A full body massage is followed by a marma massage which opens the energy channels and allows for a free flow of prana. 60 minute full body massage, marma therapy and 30 minute sound therapy.

Udvartana and Abhyanga

For weight loss and body tone. After a preparatory full body massage, this is a typical deep and dry massage using herbal powders. This massage stimulates hair follicles and subcutaneous fat tissue to break down fat deposits. 60 minute full body , scrub and 30 minute sound therapy.

Khizi

For aches, pain and stress. Khizi treatment is a therapy where special, heated herbs are infused with herbal oils, then tied in muslin to create a pouch. These pouches are then placed on areas requiring treatment. 60 minute full body massage, kizhi therapy and 30 minute sound therapy.

Champi

An instant stress-buster, champi uses warm herbal oil for the head and shoulders. Treats the throat, forehead and crown chakras as well as numerous marma points. Relaxes the mind and calms the nervous system. 45 minute therapy and 15 minute sound therapy.

Shirodhara and Abhyanga

For fatigue, stress, anxiety and tension. Deeply relaxing and meditative with long-lasting benefits. Abhyanga full body oleation is followed by shirodhara where a steady stream of two litres of warm herbal oil is poured slowly and gently over the third eye. 45 minute abhyanga, 45 minute shirodhara, 30 minute sound therapy.
