Reformer Level 1

This dynamic class provides a great strength and toning workout and is perfect if you are newer to Pilates but is still a super tough workout if you have been coming for a little white. The instructor will explain everything as you go along. You will work at your own pace with harder options for you more advanced participants if you want them.

Reformer Level 2

When you have been coming for a while, you may want even more emphasis on abdominal strength and cardiovascular fitness. This is a slightly more dynamic class, and includes more complex moves at a faster pace. Previous reformer class experience and a reasonable level of fitness is assumed. Build on knowledge acquired in Level I classes.
