Your starter pack will include a full clinical assessment by one of our osteopaths trained in clinical pilates a personalised program developed for your specific needs, and a solo session where your instructor will demonstrate your tailored program. After this, you can choose To continue with solo sessions or join small group (1:3) programs, both under the direction of a qualified instructor. You will be using equipment including a reformer, trapformer, gym ball, foam roller and mals. We suggest you wear gym style clothing and socks during your session.
