Myotherapy Massage

If you require muscle therapy then try either Myotherapy or Remedial massage. Both can assist you with you muscle aches and pain and ongoing maintenance of muscle tension. Appointment times range from 30 min to 1.5 hrs.

Clinical Pilates/Rehab

At Osteopathy one we offer a unique approach to your rehabilitation by combining Clinical Pilates and functional movement training. One of our Osteopaths will design a specific program looking at your needs. Whether you require postural retraining, rehabilitation from a sports injury or surgery we can help you out. All group sessions are supervised by a Clinically trained Osteopath. Private health rebates may apply.
