Bikram Yoga Richmond
Bikram Yoga follows a specific combination of breathing and postures done in a heated environment in order to stimulate all of the body's systems and promote mental clarity and cardiovascular health. The hot yoga sequence involves 26 specially selected poses and 2 breathing exercises. The heat enables greater flexibility and allows the body to overcome resistance without risking injury. The exercises are designed to work together and utilise more of the body's functions. It is a whole-body workout that will also lead to the rejuvenation of the mind and is perfect for stress relief.
