Membership

Whilst commercial gyms focus on maximising their amount of members, we differ as we focus on member results and providing quality service. We believe you'll enjoy this journey and be more successful in a supportive and friendly environment that isego.free. To do this, we've chosen to limit the amount of members at SEW to just 500 people, so you can get the attention you deserve. With our membership, you're committed to exercise once per week with your Personal Trainer & Wellness Coach. It's a requirement of Joining. Your coach manages your entire program including any solo sessions, yoga, tracking nutrition, and more. They help you develop the habit of consistent exercise and hold you accountable to your goals. Because let's face it, we all perform better in any endeavor if someone is providing support along the way. Membership options can be monthly, 6 months, or 12 month agreements and they all give you access to train in the gym on your own, plus sizeable discounts to the other services. And if you're away travelling then just put your membership on suspension.

Our Philosophy

We believe the best results come from a holistic approach to fitness and wellness. This means managing various aspects such as strength, mobility, posture, body composition, stress, sleep, hormones, toxicity, gut health, and nutrition. This may all sound a bit daunting, but we keep things relatively simple by implementing solutions that improve multiple lacking areas at once. To be this one-stop-shop we have a wide array of tools ranging from the infrared sauna, the yoga studio, blood work analysis, Thome and Poliquin supplements (arguably the best in the world), to our world-class strength and conditioning facility. Our goal is to help you be a more balanced individual that looks, feels, and moves better, inside and out.

Personal Training

We have arguably the most highly qualified and knowledgeable PT team in Australia. So we're more than capable to handle: Pre-hab and Re-hab, Posture Correction, Pre and Post Natal, Body Sculpting Athletic, Strength and Performance. We are extremely technique focused, and start all our clients at their most basic point, and then progressively work forwards.

Strongman

A strength and conditioning circuit class designed for fat loss and strength gain. It's called Strongman due to the style of training. You can expect to be sprinting out lengths on the grass turf pushing the prowler, flipping tires, to performing trap bar dead lifts. Each class begins with an explanation of each station, and ends with a group stretch and savasana. Every week is a different routine. Strongman is a dynamic and fun community inspired class.

Yoga

Yoga is amazing to de-stress and improve flexibility. With both Vinyasa Flow and restorative Yin classes we cater for the beginner through to intermediate students. Also, the warming heat released by the FAR infrared panels will help you to sweat out toxins, make you more limber, and is great at lowering Cortisol (your stress hormone).
