Curves is a club for women of all ages and all levels of fitness The Curves circuit is created to efficiently produce a workout that mixes strength training, cardio and stretching all in one session. We know it’s often tough to find time to exercise, but in the Curves circuit 30 minutes is all it takes! In just 30 minutes, you work all major muscle groups and burn up to 2000 kilojoules. Cardio workouts are excellent, but strength training is the only way to create and preserve muscle, and muscle is what revs your metabolism, so the weight you lose stays off.
