Hud Enzyme Therapy

This exquisite but result driven treatment starts with a Nordic tea ritual, before commencing our very own exclusive Skin Workout to Lift, Restore and refresh. The Pro Peel one and two will rejuvenate and pull water into the epidermis, followed by LED to activate the cells energy production. We then apply Enzyme Therapy to work with the lymphatic system to flush toxins and effluvia from the skin and restore optimal skin function. Whilst the enzymes are working their magic we take you on a journey through the Scandinavian countryside via our guided meditation. We finish with a transdermal infusion of actives.

Transdermal Infusion Facial

This gentle treatment gently rejuvenates tired, dull skin. We infuse actives, prescribed specifically for your skin transdermally. This transdermal infusion of vitamins and minerals stores int he voids of the skin for up to 24 hours, where the cells have a constant supply of nutrients. A beginners facial or suitable for anyone who wants a very gentle maintenance treatment to keep dead skin cells at bay.

Progressive Peel

This layered peel is dynamite for elimination of signs of ageing, pigmentation and acne scarring. It involves 4 different peels layered at the same appointment. They are salicylic, modified Jessner, gentle TCA, vitamin A propionate. This is a progressive treatment. Please allow for 7-10 days downtime.

Pro Alpha Six Layer Peel

This peel is recommended for thickened undamaged skin in need of a overhaul. It revises skin back to the genetic blueprint - the skin you were meant to have. We target fine lines, wrinkles, pigmentation, sun damage and scarring. This treatment takes place over 10 days and will have a similar effect to laser resurfacing.

This customised sensory experience is all about the mind/ body connection and includes a combination of hot and cold elements for relaxation and invigoration. Includes a custom blended eye compress as well as a deeply relaxing full body massage. While we wrap you in our feather donnas, enjoy a scalp treatment with custom blended hair and scalp serum.

In true Nordic tradition we use a combination of hot and cold therapy to invigorate and relax sore muscles. Hot organic essential oils and cold stones is a surprising sensory experience and will make you realise the Vikings were onto a good thing. This massage is a fluid and intensely relaxing style of massage given intuitively to address the whole body and allowing a deep state of relaxation. Heated towels help to penetrate and warm the muscles. This allows the muscles to open and release easily, assisting detoxification and relieving chronic pain.
