Gift Certificates

Gift certificates may be arranged by phone, fax or email and can be delivered by post or couriers as required at cost. Gift certificates are available for all treatments and products. Our gift certificate is transferrable but non-refundable and is valid for 6 months from time of purchase. Please treat your gift certificate like cash, if you lose it, you will not be able to redeem it. All gift certificates must be presented at time of treatment.

New Clients

We suggest you arrive 15 minutes prior to your services so you can familiarise yourself with our salon/spa facilities. A locker will be allocated for your personal belongings and we provide robes, slippers and towels. Health questionnaires must also be completed before your treatment.

Bookings

Bookings are essential for all treatments. Credit card details or a monetary deposit of 50% of the treatment value is to be provided for all treatments exceeding one hour at the time of booking. If using gift certificate, please quote your certificate number at the time of booking and present your certificate upon arrival.

Cancellations / Late Arrivals

Cancellations and/or rescheduling of appointments require 24 hours notice. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. A no-show will incur a 100% loss of deposit fee or if using Gift Certificate for deposit then that Gift certificate will be void. Arriving late will unfortunately lession the time of your treatment.

This treatment removes unwanted hair from body area gently, safety and comfortably for both male and female. A minimum of 6 treatments. This is because each of the hairs on your body goes through 3 stages in its life cycle and you can only neutralize hair in the active phase. At any one time only 20% of the hair on your body are in that phase, which is why you will need a minimum of 6 treatments.
