Terms and Conditions

Membership at world gym sunshine entitles the member to usage of the facilities within club accordance with the terms and conditions and rules of membership. Please note that failure to use the facilities provided does not excuse the member from all other obligations as a member of world gym sunshine. Upfront and renewal memberships are non refundable, cannot be cancelled or placed on hold.

Direct Debit Membership Terms and Conditions

Flexi memberships require a minimum of 1 month and 30 days notice for cancellation. Debit success charges an initial $10 admin fee which will be taken with the first direct debit. Any late payments will incur a $10 late fee for each time a payment is missed. Cancellations are only applicable to direct debit memberships that have reached their minimum term as stated in the contract and must be presented in person with 30 days written notice at world gym sunshine. I understand that i may be refused entry to the center should payment of membership fall into arrears, until such time as arrears have been received. I understand that additional charges may apply for late fees. I understand that prolonged nonpayment of fees will result in cancellation of membership and possible legal action to recover any outstanding balance. World gym is affiliated with national credit company, reserve the right to invoke reasonable administration fee on overdue accounts. I understand that direct debit membership are ongoing, minimum term contract, and membership and payments will continue beyond minimum term until written application to cancel the membership has been received by world gym. I understand that any minimum term balance must be paid in full before a cancellation will be processed. I understand that it is my responsibility to confirm cancellation request has been received by world gym. I understand management may vary any details of the direct debit agreement at any time by giving me 30 days' notice in writing. I have read and understand the attached rules of membership at world gym sunshine. Failure to adhere to any of the rules and terms and conditions may result in your membership coming under review from management. Access cards are compulsory for every member.
