Classical Ballet Workout

A classical Ballet class involving the foundation moves of Ballet. It is a great way to strengthen and stretch, and excellent for posture and technique. All levels welcome. Soft ballet shoes are recommended however socks can also be used to begin with.

Reformer Pilates

The reformer bed is a Pilates tool used by studios across the world for making a dramatic change to the body. The reformer bed is famous for it's versatility in strengthening and toning the body all over, in ways unachievable with other equipment. It is suitable for all people, all ages, and is an excellent tool for helping clients rehabilitate injuries and strengthen muscles such as the back and core to prevent injuries occurring in the future. *This class is an additional cost.

Reformer Pilates Challenge

An Intermediate level of our regular Reformer Pilates classes. A minimum of 10 classes must be participated in before attempting the Challenge Reformer class.

Spin

Spin is the fastest way to burn calories and get super fit. Remember your towel and drink bottle...you're gonna need them. Bike resistance is adjustable so that all fitness levels are welcome. Spin classes are all 45mins unless stated otherwise.

Spin and Tabata

Developed by Japanese scientist Izumi Tabata this method uses intervals of 20 seconds work and 10 seconds rest repeated 8 times to develop peak fitness. This formula has been identified as the best way to train both the aerobic and anaerobic systems simultaneously. The combination of 20 mins spin to burn calories and warmup the body followed by 20 mins tabata to build strength and power is a perfect combination.

TTwenty Five

No rest These fast-paced workouts are jam packed with dynamic, high intensity moves designed for maximum efficiency and effectiveness. Every minute counts.

A specialized core strengthening program. Uses body weight exercises, bosu, TRX, Vipr, freeform boards, free weights and fitballs.

It's all the rage. From Hollywood to Europe, people from all cultures are doing ZUMBA. Recently featured on TV, this is a mixture of dance and sculpting steps derived from Meringue, Salsa, Reggae, Hip Hop, Mambo, Rumba, Flamenco and Calypso.
