BodyMindLife Potts Point offers more than 50 classes each week in yoga, Pilates and guided meditation.
This beautiful, light-filled studio in the heart of Potts Point has yoga classes for all levels - from heated, dynamic Yoga Open 30°C sessions designed to challenge through to the Essentials classes, Yin yoga, options for pre-natal and post-natal students, and regular events, workshops and accredited Yoga Teacher Training programmes for 200, 350 hour and 500 hour levels.
For new students or those looking to fine-tune their practice, BodyMindLife has ongoing nine-week programmes with its Yoga Essentials and Pilates Align class options that cover the key movements in each practice, and a four-week programme for meditation students to learn the art of stillness.
Designed with sacred geometry to create spaces that encourage students to feel nourished and well, BodyMindLife has secure lockers, state-of-the-art showers and change rooms equipped with organic wash products, hair dryers and straighteners.
The studio also has a Yogi Lounge with free hot herbal tea, books and magazines to connect and re-charge before and after class.
