Healing Within

In partnership with the universe life energy, the practitioner channels this energy through the laying on of hands. This universe energy is the vital life force that keeps all living things alive in the human, animal, and plat kingdoms. This universe energy aids the body's ability to heal physical conditions and allows us to become more open, to explore the underlining reasons for our illness, pain and blockages which may have caused the problem initially. The healee is assisted on a physical, mental, and spiritual level. The practitioner asks for the healee to be healed in what ever it by thy will. Spiritual healings assist the healee to feel love unconditionally.

The use of massage as a healing modality can be traced back to ancient times. The first recorded use of massage is found in the manuscripts of Hippocrates (450-380 BC). Massage is a natural therapy with no side effects. Massage works on our physical, mental, and emotional levels. The overall aim of massage is to create a feeling of well being and balance. Other benefits of massage include relaxes the muscles and is effective in removing stress and tension, stimulates the lymph circulation- helping the system, improves fitness and physical vitality, increases circulation and relieves congestion through-out the body by elimination waste products, helps to alleviate pain and discomfort in the back, shoulder, and neck, helps to prevent injury and fatigue due to exercise.

The meditation classes held at "Healing Within" will include healing during the session as our angels and spirit guides work with us in a supportive and caring way as we are blessed with their guidance and unconditional love. After each session, you are encouraged, if you wish to, to share your experiences.

Crystal healing is an advanced and highly effective method to bring powerful healing and change to the luminous blueprint level of our being. The art of laying on stones involves placing crystals on the energy centers that contain the soul's information, and throughout the energy field. The corrective techniques help the body's healing process and include acupuncture stimulation, chakra clearing, flower essences, sound and colour. Kinesiology is very effective for both physical and emotional issues and is extremely helpful with relationship issues, aches and pains, lifestyle changes, stress, low self-esteem, depression, anger, and addictions.

Clients can examine beliefs and thought processes that are giving rise to emotional, physical, mental and spiritual problems and make changes at the core level from which the outer manifestation originates. For clarity, new directions in life, helps to focus on letting go old or negative patterns. Hypnotherapy is a gentle, non-invasive healing technique. Each modality looks at the cause and works with the body's natural healing process and works on many subtle levels such as physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. Shamanism is the older form of spirituality and healing known to mankind, and has been practiced for thousands of years to provide very powerful and deep soul-level healing. These sacred ancient healing techniques have been handed down through the ages by a lineage of Wisdom keepers. The practitioner journeys to the Spirit World to map what is happening in the Soul, and retrieve fragmented soul parts, lower power, and healing medicines. Shamanic healing transforms heavy energies associated with trauma and wounding into nourishing life energy. Our emotional, genetic, and karmic history organises our energy often leaving heavy imprints in our energy field, creating emotional, psychological and physical dysfunction. Shamanic healing removes the toxic energies causing these conditions, and the energy field is illuminated in pure light, overwriting the information contained in the imprint. Lost power is restored and the energy field will re-pattern the body and spirit back to health. There is no pattern left in the energy field to re-organise an old reality, and one no longer needs to relive painful experiences and patterns, our wounds cease to script our reality.
