Cardio classes use the whole studio in a dynamic and highly varied workout and keep the pace up throughout the action packed class. Again, our trainers are able to cater for all levels in these sessions that usually produce a few laughs and a lot of sweating. A great supplement to one on one personal training to boost fitness levels, you will definitely feel alive after one of these classes.

The winter series is five weeks at 6am for forty five minutes a great way to overcome the resistance to get out of bed in winter. Cost fo ten classes.
