Followup Consultation
A follow-up consultation is approximately 2-4 weeks after your initial. In this consultation we will discuss the changes you have made and monitor the progress of your treatment along with creating new aims and health goals to achieve your desired outcome. Depending on the results you are aiming to achieve subsequent visits may be necessary.
