After a few bad experiences with other hair salons i came across Andrea on Instagram so i booked in!
She was welcoming and we talked in detail about what i wanted with my hair so we were both on the same page. Andrea recommended i thin out my fringe because it was heavy on my face, which i didn't even realise was a problem but after she did it, it was so much better!! Andrea always gives me the full treatment herself, you dont get thrown around to 3-4 different hairdressers each time like my previous experiences with other salons and i can not recommend Andrea enough to others, Book in today ! :)

What would I say about Andrea - She is simply a hair genius. I have never been happier with a hairdresser before. She cares about the health of my hair and makes sure that the colour and haircut fit my skin tone and style. On top of that, she is so humble and the sweetest person you'd ever meet.

Andrea has been my go to hairstylist for some years and there isn't anyone else I trust or would rather go to. Always a great experience and always leave loving the cut and feeling great. Wouldn't recommend anyone else, thanks Andrea!

Warm relaxed experience with Andrea J Barr. Love the colour! For a blonde with highlights, the colour is not brassy, not too ash, not too ginger. Really soft, but with a pop!

Andrea has the innate ability to know colour and style intimately. She is one of the few people I trust to 'do what ever you want' and know that I'll walk out with a do that looks great and actually suits me and my lifestyle. Love the colour and texture she added. Will definitely be back.

Andrea has been my hairdresser for the last years. In that time I have always left the salon feeling like a celebrity. Andrea always listens to what I want and goes above and beyond to make sure I walk out 100% satisfied and happy. She is passionate about hair and you can her enthusiasm instantly. 5 stars for sure!!!

Andrea is a true professional. Loved the advice she gave and the cut was one of the best I’ve ever had. She also referred me some great products. Really warm and fun experience. Great location and feel to the salon as well. Am definitely going to return.

This was my first time getting my hair cut with Andrea, and I was pleasantly met with a delightful and talented hairdresser. I’ve been looking for a Melbourne colourist that specialises in blondes for 5 years and I’ve finally met Andrea who actually GETS it!! You know that feeling when you go to a hair salon and your stomach is sinking at the end of your appointment because you don’t like your hair? That’s usually me... but after seeing the magic Andrea did to my hair I was completely buzzing after my appointment and am SO in love!! This is the first time in ages that I’ve walked out of a salon completely happy with my hair. It’s actually EXACTLY what I envisioned... Seriously, just book in and you will fall in love with your hair ♥️

As usual, Andrea used her magical touch to transform my hair colour yet again. I always come to Andrea when my hair needs essential makeover knowing she will give me beautiful, natural results.
If there was a Hogwarts for hairdressers, Andrea would definitely rise up to be its Dumbledore! She is a real artist and I love her work on my hair every time. Never fails me.

Andrea is just amazing! I love coming to her, she completely puts you at ease and you feel safe in the knowledge that your hair is in her care. She's a complete natural at what she does and it shows! She gave me a beautiful colour that I have received lots of compliments over and a lovely cut. She's also very knowledgable about hair and does not let you leave without giving you the best advice on how to take care of your hair. On top of her great service, she's just a lovely person.
