In true Nordic tradition we use a combination of hot and cold therapy to invigorate and relax sore muscles. Hot organic essential oils and cold stones is a surprising sensory experience and will make you realise the Vikings were onto a good thing. This massage is a fluid and intensely relaxing style of massage given intuitively to address the whole body and allowing a deep state of relaxation. Heated towels help to penetrate and warm the muscles. This allows the muscles to open and release easily, assisting detoxification and relieving chronic pain.
