An old favourite. Floor based exercises that focus on working the tummy, hips and thighs areas.
Don't like weight training on your own? Using a combination of the pin loaded, free weight and functional training unit. Improve your technique and strength with a dynamic class aimed to fatigue each muscle group.
Boxing for fitness, a combination of focus pad work with the old school boxing and fitness drills. BYO gloves.
Old school circuit style class using freestyle circuit stations, a great workout for all fitness levels.
A series of exercises focusing on breathing, dynamic core stability and strength using resistance techniques.
No one spends the time they should on stretching. This is the ideal class to ensure you give stretching the focus it requires.
A great cardio workout using the Wind Bikes, Rower and Spin Bikes along with a few freestyle cardio exercises.
Increase muscle tone and strength. Focusing on the three major muscle groups - chest, legs and back, this class utilises barbells for that complete body workout.
The aim of the the three appointments is to provide you with enough knowledge and direction for the first 2 - 3 months of your membership. During Appointment One your coach will tune your goals and take some measurements to record your starting points. Measurements like heart rate, blood pressure, weight, body fat and flexibility. They will then measure your current cardio fitness and strength levels.
They will take you through both your strength training and cardio programs followed by a cool down and a well deserved stretch.
This appointment will be a fun style exercise directed by your fitness coach. It may involve boxing, core stability movements, circuit training, games and a good stretch at the end.
