It is a nice experience there. The location is convenient, however, it took me a while to find the entrance because the sign is not that easy to be seen. The time of the appointment had a bit mixed up. Staffs are friendly, hair washing is good and the hairdresser provides advice to maintain your hair. I will definitely have another go.

I had the best experience here. The staff were so lovely and I felt so relaxed and cared for during my express hair treatment. The hairdresser then did the most amazing job with my hair. He asked me questions about everything and clarified with me before doing anything. The salon was also so lovely! It looks and feels very high end!
Super happy. Definitely returning!

When I first walked In i was impressed with the set up . I was given a massage which relaxed me and they were so gentle on my hair . Very attentive and very pleasant and gave me good advice for my hair . I felt like i was in heaven love the atmosphere and the staff . Highly recommend this is a 10 out 10 . I was extremely happy about my hair

Jenny (top stylist) is great- does really good cuts- mine was perfect from day one grew out really well. Second time I’ve seen her and my sister went as well and loved her cut.

Always go to Master Yuichiro. The trust between Yuichiro and I is amazing. This time I handed my whole head with long old permed curls over to him, just wished to change the style, great if could keep a bit curls, if not I was waiting for him to say to wash off the curls. Surprise! Surprise! He kept those old top curls and cut the rest of it, my hair turned from long fuzzy to a waved neat bob! Oh yes! I love it! He never let me down! Well done! Yuichiro! xx

Went to LUXM after doing some research on who could likely handle lightening fine, asian and curly hair effectively without destroying it. The mass of positive reviews is added to by mine - the staff are friendly, professional and the space is beautiful. As for my cut and relatively complex colour, I was worked on by Alex and he provided great direction and steering, with awesome recommendations for style and colour based on my hair type, texture, condition and skin tone. This is potentially one of the best hair makeovers I've ever had. THANK YOU, ALEX!

Luxm is amazing, i love the experience you get throughout.
From the massages, the complimentary drinks and the blanket because it was cold.
Despite me being a little indecisive with the type of haircut i wanted, my hairdresser was fantastic and patient with me.

The stylist is good. But after the hair cut, the lady who does the hair wash is rude and not professional. When I lay down, she starts to wash my hair, but the water is very cold and becomes hot later. She doesn't ask me whether the temperature is okay or not. I guess she finishes the hair wash in just one minute.
