At BUMP, some of our practitioners have had their own personal experiences with infertility, and therefore, our clinic strives for compassion and understanding of the patient. BUMP's focus is on the physical and emotional state of the person as a whole. This means looking at being in optimum health to maximize the chances of fertility and the ability to bounce back after the pregnancy. Whether you are trying to get pregnant naturally, or you are undergoing IVF, we are there to support and assist you. All treatments are designed specifically for your particular needs. Our clinic provides a place to relax between appointments both before and after your embryo transfer. We want to fill the voids we have experienced throughout the IVF process. Pre/Post embryo transfer acupuncture is done at Monash IVF locations and our Carlton Clinic. Partners are welcome for both company a treatments themselves.
Acupuncture and Chinese herbs have been shown in clinical trials to improve chances of fertility both naturally and with IVF assistance. We work alongside your gynecologist to help support you through your treatment.

Chinese herbs have also shown to assist fertility and gynecological issues since as early as 476 BC in China. We supply herbs in pill form, granules and raw, which can then be cooked and prepared at home. These herbs are highly effective in treating numerous disorders, including infertility and gynecological issues.
Increase your chances of conception by preparing your body for pregnancy. Latest studies show that the parent's diet at the time of conception can permanently influence their baby's DNA, which can have an affect on the child's health for life. Therefore, it's extremely important to have a well balanced diet prior to conception: • Fat affects production of Oestrogen, which then can affect your chances of conception. • Being overweight before conceiving has been linked to increased risk of complications once you're pregnant • Being underweight has been linked to low birth weight and can be harder to conceive. • Much research has recently focused on particular diets for pre-conception. • What you eat affects everything from your blood, cells and hormones.
